Residents of Takoradi again hit streets over the 3 kidnapped agirls

Relatives of the 3 kidnapped teenage girls earlier this morning hit the streets in Sekondi-Takordi, for the second time, to protest against the Ghana Police’s inability to locate the 3 kidnapped girls.

The aggrieved relatives were joined in the demonstration by residents of the metropolis, who find the situation disturbing.

The demonstrators at the end, all gathered at the Takoradi Jubilee Park to petition the Regional Minister over the Ghana Police’s inability to locate the girls.

The demonstrators held placards that read “Families Are Crying, Families Are In Pain”, other signs read “We need answers” in protest to the Police’s inabilities to locate the 3 kidnapped girls.

According to them, the police would have prioritized the investigation if those affected by the kidnapping were members of the government or state officials.

Demonstrators were in red and black just to show how angry they are, according them if the Minister fails them this time, next demonstration will be at Accra
